I know you all been waiting for this

I made it a long time a goo and I wanted to make a livingroom set with it but I never finish it, so because a lot o people ask me about it here it is.

It change a little since I started making it, at first it was made of 4 items but now its just one.
It has a little problem: the fireplace occupies 4 tiles, but is was cloned from 1 tile fireplace so sims walk through the other 3 tiles, sorry

No EP required just Sims 2
